A “Closed” Session of the City Council/Calexico Community Redevelopment Agency Successor Agency/ Calexico Financing Authority may be held in accordance with state law which may include, but is not limited to, the following types of items: personnel matters, labor negotiations, security matters, providing instructions to real property negotiators and conference with legal counsel regarding pending litigation. The Closed Session will be held in the City Hall Conference Room located at 608 Heber Avenue, Calexico, California. Any public comment on Closed Session items will be taken before the Closed Session. Resolution of the City Council of the City of Calexico Pursuant to Public Contracts Code (PCC) Section 20168 Finding that an Emergency Exists Due to the Need for a New Variable Frequency Drive at the Water Treatment Plant and Authorize Contracting without the need for Binding Pursuant to PCC Section 22050.
7. Resolution of the City Council of the City of Calexico Authorizing the Interim City Manager to Execute a Grant of Easement/Pipeline(s) and Certificates of Acceptance for the City’s Acquisition of Fee Simple Interests, a Permanent Sewer Easement Interest in a Portion of Assessor’s Parcel Number 058-400-020, for the Expansion of Sewer Lift Station.
