Grading Permit

The purpose of the grading permit is to adequately assess the capabilities of drainage of a resurfaced lot of land, as well as the compliance with ADA standards and municipal codes, ordinances, state and county laws involving environmental issues such as rain water percolation (MS4) and the prevention of stagnant and contaminated water.

to initiate the process of a grading permit you will need:

 -  A set of grading plans prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer.

 -  A completed Request and Review Application Form
