Employee Benefits

The City of Calexico offers a generous benefits package including retirement through CalPERS (City contributes a total of each employee's salary), 13 annual holidays, vacation and sick leave, plus an excellent health plan. The City of Calexico also participates in the 457 deferred compensation program through ICMA.
