Request for Proposals for Design Services for Adrian C. Cordova Memorial Park

The City of Calexico is seeking a qualified landscape architectural, engineering or multidisciplinary design firm (“Consultant”) to prepare conceptual plans and cost estimates for potential improvements to the Adrian C. Cordova Memorial Park, located within Calexico’s city limits, in accordance with the included proposal specifications.

The City must receive five (5) copies and one (1) USB drive with the proposal, physically delivered to Calexico's City Hall. The sealed proposals must be received by the office of the City Clerk by 3:00 P.M. on September 18, 2026 (no exceptions). The City reserves the right to issue written notice to all participating contractors with any changes in the submission schedule, scope of work or work-related products, should it be determined that such changes are necessary.

Selected firm(s) will be required to obtain a City of Calexico Business License once proposal is awarded.
