A “Closed” Session of the City Council/Calexico Community Redevelopment Agency Successor Agency/ Calexico Financing Authority may be held in accordance with state law which may include, but is not limited to, the following types of items: personnel matters, labor negotiations, security matters, providing instructions to real property negotiators and conference with legal counsel regarding pending litigation. All matters listed under the Consent Calendar are to be considered routine by the City Council/Calexico Community Redevelopment Agency Successor Agency/Calexico Financing Authority/Planning Commission and will be enacted by one motion in the form listed. Any item may be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered separately by the City Council.
8. Approval of Resolution Authorizing the Submission of an Application to the Imperial Irrigation District (IID) Funding Local Opportunities for Water (FLOW) Grant Program for the 12-Inch Water Pipeline Interconnection: East Sector Distribution System to Cole Road Storage Tank Project.
9. Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Calexico Declaring Out of Service Electronic Equipment as Surplus and Authorize the Sale or Disposal of the Items.
10. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-__ Approving an Access Agreement for Regional Mobile CRV Collection Program and Anchor Recycling Center Support Activities.
11. Adoption of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Between the City of Calexico and Imperial Valley Food Bank.
12. Authorize City Manager or his Designee to Sign Employer Worksite Agreement with Equus Workforce Solutions for the Placement of Program Participants in City Departments.

16. Community Mural Project Cycle 9:
1) Approve and Release Community Mural Project Cycle 9 for a Total Cost of Up to $29,000.00.
2) Approve the Community Mural Project Program Documents and Authorize the City Manager to Execute All Project Related Agreements and Documentation.
17. Approve Cancellation Regularly Scheduled City Council Meeting of September 16, 2026 and Schedule a Special Meeting of the City Council for September 23, 2026.
18. Weakly Road Improvements Project - Federal Project No. CML-5168(032):
a) Authorize the award of Task Order No. 2026-0002 to Nicklaus Engineering, Inc. in the Amount of $118,731.00 for Construction Management, Geotechnical and Inspection Services for Weakley Road Improvements Federal Project No. CML-5168(032).
b) Adopt Budget Amendment Resolution in the Amount of $18,731.00 for Fund No. 237 – Road Maintenance Rehabilitation Fund (SB1).
19. Appointment by the City Council to the Library Board of Trustees.
