A “Closed” Session of the City Council/Calexico Community Redevelopment Agency Successor Agency/ Calexico Financing Authority may be held in accordance with state law which may include, but is not limited to, the following types of items: personnel matters, labor negotiations, security matters, providing instructions to real property negotiators and conference with legal counsel regarding pending litigation. Mayor Pacheco will have community office hours to hear the concerns of the citizens the fourth Tuesday of the Month from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at City Hall in the City Manager’s Conference Room, 608 Heber Avenue, Calexico.

10. Award Request for Proposal from AG Tech, LLC and Authorize City Manager to Sign Agreement between the City of Calexico and AG Tech, LLC for the Removal of Biosolids for the Wastewater Treatment Plant.

11. Award Proposal and Authorize the City Manager to Sign Agreement of Professional Services with Chris Westlake Consulting for Writing and Review Services for the 2018 Community Development Block Grant Program.

12. Introduce and Waive First Reading of Ordinance No. 1196 - An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Calexico Amending the City’s Purchasing Policy and Procedures to Increase the Purchasing Authority of the City Manager.

13. Introduce and Waive First Reading of Ordinance No. 1197 - An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Calexico Adding Chapter 13.34 to Title 13 of the Calexico Municipal Code.
