A “Closed” Session of the City Council/Calexico Community Redevelopment Agency Successor Agency/ Calexico Financing Authority may be held in accordance with state law which may include, but is not limited to, the following types of items: personnel matters, labor negotiations, security matters, providing instructions to real property negotiators and conference with legal counsel regarding pending litigation. The Closed Session will be held in the City Hall Conference Room located at 608 Heber Avenue, Calexico, California. Any public comment on Closed Session items will be taken before the Closed Session. All matters listed under the Consent Calendar are to be considered routine by the City Council/Calexico Community Redevelopment Agency Successor Agency or Calexico Financing Authority and will be enacted by one motion in the form listed. Any item may be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered separately by the City Council.
9. Authorize City Manager to Sign Amendment No. 1 between the City of Calexico and The Holt Group, Inc. in the Amount of $18,000.00 for Labor Compliance Consulting Services for Renovation to Calexico Fire Station No. 2 for a Total Contract of $130,500.00. (Public Works Manager)
10. Adopt Resolution No. 2024-___ Granting a Two-Year Extension with Conditions of Approval for a Vesting Tentative Map for the Subdivision of APN: 059-180-025 into 113 Parcels on an Approximately 18.49 Acre Site within the City of Calexico and finding the Action Exempt from CEQA.
