Resolution of the City Council of the City of Calexico (City) Pursuant to Public Contracts Code (PCC) Section 20168 Finding the Continued Existence of an Emergency Due to the Need for a New Variable Frequency Drive at the Water Treatment Plant and Authorize Contracting without the need for Bidding Pursuant to PCC Section 22050.
6. Adopt Budget Amendment Resolution (BAR) to Record Unanticipated Revenue from Seizure/Forfeiture Fund #241 and to Appropriate Said Funds for Equipment Repair and Maintenance of the City-Wide Security Surveillance System.
7. Adopt Budget Amendment Resolution (BAR) to Appropriate Funds from Community Services-Community Donations to Animal Control Material and Supplies.
