Public comments will be distributed to the City Council for their consideration and made available for public inspection. Public comments will not be read aloud by the City Clerk during the council meeting. They will be retained for the official record of the City.

A “Closed” Session of the City Council/Calexico Community Redevelopment Agency Successor Agency/ Calexico Financing Authority/Planning Commission may be held in accordance with state law which may include, but is not limited to, the following types of items: personnel matters, labor negotiations, security matters, providing instructions to real property negotiators and conference with legal counsel regarding pending litigation. The Closed Session will be held in the City Hall Conference Room located at 608 Heber Avenue, Calexico, California. Any public comment on Closed Session items will be taken before the Closed Session. a) Approve Closeout and Acceptance of the Final Project Completed Under Grant No. 20-CDBG-CV2-3-00169 Funded by the California Department of Housing and Community
Development through the Community Development Block Grant Program.
b) Authorize the Mayor to Sign the Closeout Certification and Similar Documentation Related to this Grant.
23. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider the Following Action Regarding Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) 20-CDBG-CV2-3-00374:
