All matters listed under the Consent Calendar are to be considered routine by the City Council/Calexico Community Redevelopment Agency Successor Agency or Calexico Financing Authority and will be enacted by one motion in the form listed. Any item may be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered separately by the City Council.
5. Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Calexico Authorizing the City Manager to Endorse the Master Agreement, Program Supplement Agreements, Fund Exchange Agreements, Fund Transfer Agreements and Any Amendments Entitled “Administering Agency – Federal and/or State Funded Project” for Project No. CRASL-5168(033) Fund Personnel Cost of Public Works Staff to Maintain Public Roads.
6. Adopt Resolution of the City Council of the City of Calexico Authorizing the Submittal of Application(s) for All CalRecycle Grant and Payment Programs for which the City of Calexico is Eligible.
7. Ratification of the Use of City Logo, Utilization of City Electrical Installations, Use of a Generator and Partial Waiver of the One-Time Permit Fee for Food Vendors for the “Cesar Chavez Celebration Festival” to be Held on March 30, 2023.
