9. Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute the FY 2025-26 Zip Books Grant Program and Authorize the City Manager or his Designee to Sign the Grant Application, Certification, Award Agreement and Certificate of Compliance and any Amendments Thereto; and any Related Documents Necessary to Participate in the Program.
10. Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager or his Designee to Execute the FY 2025-26 California Library Literacy Services Grant Program and Authorize the City Manager and Fiscal Agent to Sign the Grant Application, Certification, Award Agreement and Certificate of Compliance and any Amendments Thereto; and any Related Documents Necessary to Participate in the Program.
