    1. Award the Bid Proposal from Pyramid Construction & Aggregates, Inc. in the amount of $820,565.00.
    2. Authorize City Manager to Sign Construction Agreement between the City of Calexico and Pyramid Construction & Aggregates, Inc. in the amount of
        $820,565.00 for the Alley Improvement Project – Phase I.
    3. Authorize City Manager to Sign up to 10% Contingency ($82,056.50) for Administrative Expenses. (Public Works Manager)

Authorize City Manager to Sign Agreement of Professional Services between Dynamic Consulting Engineers, Inc. and the City of Calexico in the Amount of $192,574.84 for Construction Management, Geotechnical and Inspection Services for Alley Improvement Project – Phase I, II and III.
