3. Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance No. 1185 - An Ordinance of the City Council of the City Of Calexico Amending Section 2.02.110 of Chapter 2.02 of the Calexico Municipal Code and Chapter 2.07 of Title 2 of the Calexico Municipal Code Regarding the Appointment Process and Duties of the City Clerk.

4. Adopt a Resolution Delegating Authority to the City Manager, or His Designee, to Submit an Application to the Imperial County Community Benefit Program for Funding of Traffic Control During Cesar Chavez Boulevard Expansion; and Authorizing the City Manager, or His Designee, to Execute All Necessary Documents Relating to the Submission, Acceptance, and Execution of the Grant.
