7.  The City Council of the City of Calexico Acting in its Capacity as the Legislative Body for the Calexico Community Facilities District No. 2003-1 (Bravo-Rodiles) Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the Levy of Special Taxes of such District for Fiscal Year 2024-25. (Interim Finance Director)

Adopt a Resolution requesting for the Release of a Development Agreement Recorded in 2011 between Hallwood Calexico Investments, LLC and the City of Calexico for the Development of the 111 Calexico Place Project Located South of Jasper Road and West of Highway 111 at the Northwest Corner of City Limits. 15. Approve Payment to the Imperial County Registrar of Voters Office for the following:

21. Renovations to Calexico Fire Station No. 2 (Public Works Manager)

a)    Authorize the City Manager to Sign Change Order No. 6 through 12 with A&N Quality Builders in the Amount of $247,927.00 for Renovations to Calexico Fire Station No. 2.

b)    Adopt Budget Amendment Resolution for Fund No. 255 – American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) in the Amount of $247,927.00 for Calexico Fire Station No. 2.

 

22. Authorize City Manager to Sign Amendment No. 2 between the City of Calexico and The Holt Group, Inc. in the Amount of $18,500.00 for Construction Management Services for Renovation to Calexico Fire Station No.2 for a Total Contract of $149,000.00. (Public Works Manager)

 

23. Introduction and First Reading by Title Only of an Ordinance Amending Calexico Municipal Code Section 2.04.060 Regarding City Council Agenda Order of Business. (City Clerk)

CALEXICO FINANCING AUTHORITY

 

24. Approval of Resolution of the Calexico Financing Authority Authorizing Investment of Funds in the State Treasure’s Local Agency Investment Fund. (Interim Finance Director)
