Notice of Weed Abatement by Tierra Santa Neighborhood

Pardon our dust. The City of Calexico will be completing emergency weed abatement on vacant land adjoining the Tierra Santa neighborhood, at the eastern terminus of Saphire Street, Anderson Street, and Renison Street. Crews from Fire Prevention Services will initiate brush clearing activities at 7am on Saturday, July 5, 2025. The brush clearance will result in 100-foot fire breaks from existing homes.
