Our mission is to provide centralized personnel and risk management services that will enhance our employees’professional and personal growth and will promote a healthy, productive work environment.

Function and Responsibility

The Human Resources Department oversees the personnel functions of the City. The functions include recruitment, selection, and placement of employees; classification, compensation, and employee benefit services; training and development; labor and employee relations; development of policies and procedures; employee recognition. Also included is workers' compensation, disability management, and Return-to-Work program.
